My favourite food is LAKSA PENANG! ouchhhh ,, very delicious! nyammmm,,, i like it because in it have crackers bowsprit.You want to know how to cook it????? yes,, i will show you!
The manner :-
- Thousands soaked in water for at least half an hour ... then boiled until 'al-Dente'. Laksa toasted and set aside.
- Fish laksa soup boiled with tamarind and some salt. Then, separate the fish and set aside boiled tamarind broth with just.
- Boiled fish and pounded / blended. Then, add the ground meat into the stock of fish just now. Fish bones were grinding. Ground fish bones had filtered into the ingredients.
- Blend shallots, garlic, onion and chilli padi. This blended material is added to the above ingredients boiled fish. Then, heat the pot.
- Add in chili paste.
- Enter kesum leaves and ginger flower.
- Stir slowly. Bring to a boil. Soy sauce salty, sour, and spiciness. Apply salt to taste. Ready to be picked up and served with laksa and their gears.
