The manner :-
Thousands soaked in water for at least half an hour ... then boiled until 'al-Dente'. Laksa toasted and set aside.
Fish laksa soup boiled with tamarind and some salt. Then, separate the fish and set aside boiled tamarind broth with just.
Boiled fish and pounded / blended. Then, add the ground meat into the stock of fish just now. Fish bones were grinding. Ground fish bones had filtered into the ingredients.
Blend shallots, garlic, onion and chilli padi. This blended material is added to the above ingredients boiled fish. Then, heat the pot.
Add in chili paste.
Enter kesum leaves and ginger flower.
Stir slowly. Bring to a boil. Soy sauce salty, sour, and spiciness. Apply salt to taste. Ready to be picked up and served with laksa and their gears.
